About
Caven leads everything on the results side of the company. He’s the one inside the ad accounts daily — setting up campaigns, allocating budgets, building testing strategies, and making scaling decisions based on data. From optimization to backend systems, he makes sure performance isn’t random — it’s structured, tracked, and constantly improving.
He oversees analytics and tracking from the ground up. That means KPI monitoring, attribution analysis, dashboard reporting, and making sure pixels and CAPI are firing correctly. If there’s a technical issue, he finds it. If performance drops, he diagnoses it. He treats campaigns like systems — built to be measured, refined, and scaled.
Behind the scenes Caven enjoys hanging with his birds, listening to music, going hunting with his dad, and of course beating Nick in ping pong
